Emily Katynski is a junior piano major in the Honors College at Eastern Michigan University, studying with Dr. Joel Schoenhals.   As part of her preparation for life as a professional musician, she is also taking courses in pedagogy and teaches her own group of students here (in the spare studio) one day each week.   Emily has done a variety of workshops and masterclasses, and spent two weeks in Italy last summer preparing for a junior recital.  She can be reached at katynsem@gmail.com.
