Musician Position
- Feet flat, hip width apart,
- Knees hip width apart,
- Thighs – only about 20% of the thigh should be on the bench, the rest should be forward so that legs can move easily,
- Feel both sitbones,
- Tall back (not stiff),
- Head balanced on top of spine (not crunched forward),
- Shoulders and upper arms hang,
- Arms rest on legs,
- Breathe in and out.
